Una altra nit fora als carrers, noto l’asfalt calent sota els meus peus, i us estimo i us necessito i això està bé. Ens reunim a fora les escales, estem buscant “rollos amorosos”, som joves i notem el poder de la nit. I no ens preocupa si està bé o malament: quan el sol es pon no hi ha cap possibilitat d’estar trist. Tothom va de festa, cada nit hi ha moltes festes, i si vull ser algú he de fer el mateix. Anem a diferents clubs: alcohol, música i algunes drogues; el soroll creix allà on som. Tothom està mentint —una estranya lluita entre les paraules i els ulls—, essent algú altre però (no em preocupa) això passa arreu. I no ens preocupa si està bé o malament si quan el sol surt estem al llit d’algú. Tothom va de festa, cada nit hi ha moltes festes, i si vull ser algú he de fer el mateix. I no hi ha problemes amb el lloguer; no hi ha llàgrimes pels amics morts; no ens preocupem per trobar feina; una reputació sense cap taca; l’amor és només un joc fàcil, no un lloc on compartir les culpes; no hi ha plors darrere la porta, etc. Perquè preocupar-nos per les coses que simplement ignorem? Tothom va de festa, cada nit hi ha moltes festes, i si vull ser algú he de fer el mateix.

Els adolescents són ànimes adictes.
