Diga’m on vaig, sento que vinc, crec que prendre una carretera cap a Mèxic. Bé: no tinc mapes, no conec els camins... Probablement acabaré perdut com Ulisses a les odes. Pren el meu comiat, sé massa bé que això és un nou principi, tots desitgem un nou principi, mentre digui adéu tot estarà bé. Però diga’m on vaig, sento que vinc, crec que prendre una carretera cap a Mèxic. Algú em va preguntar: “estàs intentant escapar?” M’hagués agradat dir que sí, però llavors ja era massa tard. Al nord o al sud? En tren o avió? Nova vida = noves preguntes però res per queixar-se, aquest és el meu nou principi on tots els problemes seran drenats. Així: diga’m on vaig, sento que vinc, crec que prendre una carretera cap a Mèxic; o potser prendré un camí cap a Tokio. Ara ha arribat el moment, m’enfronto de veritat al final: estic fora la porta amb la meva nova maleta a la mà. Tot el que hi posi a dintre serà fresc i nou, però també hi ha una càrrega que no puc resoldre, intentaré córrer intentant deixant-la enrere.
